With a background and certifications in Reiki, Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Sound, Crystal and Energy Healing, I weave ancient wisdom with modern practices to create powerful, soul-shifting experiences. From manifestation workshops to moon ceremonies and cord-cutting rituals, my work is designed to release what no longer serves and call in your highest potential. Whether in private sessions or immersive events, I hold space for you to reconnect, awaken, and step fully into your power.
My Journey
My journey has been one of deep transformation born from trauma, and the search for something greater. I’ve walked through the shadows of abuse and grief yet something within me always knew there was more. My connection to the divine, to my higher self, has been my guiding force, leading me to the healing arts and the work I do today.

I have always been drawn to the power of affirmations, energy, movement, breath and sound, intuitively knowing they held the key to something profound. This path was never a choice; it was a calling. A calling to create a sanctuary for those seeking relief, renewal, and reconnection with themselves.

Through breathwork, sound healing, yoga and sacred ceremonies, I offer a space where you can exhale the weight of the past and step into the wholeness of who you are.
